Move a closing time out, add or change pictures, and record your decision once bidding has closed — which is what the buyers are waiting for.

Have ready: what the item is, who made it, three lines of description, where it lies, the kind of loss, and the expected price.

The expected price matters. A buyer must place earnest money of 15% of it with us before he can bid, so a realistic figure draws realistic buyers.

Pictures. Up to ten, each under 300 KB, about 800 by 600. Clear pictures are what bring serious offers.

Your own terms may be attached as a document, which every buyer is shown.
